Fair Lawn Driving School
Fair Lawn Driving School was established in 1959 by Joseph Lomonico, the former Director of Driver Education at Fair Lawn High School. Joseph took his experience and skills from the classroom to the road, teaching students to become safe and competent drivers. Later his son, Neil, took over for his father. A licensed driving instructor since 1979 and a NJ Law Enforcement Officer, Neil has combined his knowledge of driver and traffic safety with his father’s passion and expertise in teaching. Neil holds a degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College, as well as, instructor certification in Driver Education from Jersey City University. Additionally, Neil is certified by National Safety Council as a Defensive Driving Instructor.

Rated 5.0 Really went above and beyond for my driving test. He did a 2-hr crash course - with everything I needed to know for the exam and very specific and helpful pointers - then took me to the driving test the next day. He kept me at ease; he was a great teacher to learn from. Would recommend.

Michael took me for my test and he's also very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident! Thanks to their instruction and guidance I passed my exam the first try!
