Hi! My name is Afshan Moosa and I live in Dallas Tx since 1994. I have been practicing the art of Henna since I have been a teenager and professionally I have been in this industry for more than a decade. I mix my own henna paste (with the best Henna crop from India ) with absolutely no chemicals in it and hence I advise everyone that the peak color will show up after 48 hours and not right away as with the store bought henna cones which have a lot of harmful chemicals in them. I also create henna designs on candles, picture frames, chargers, vases, candle holders (and anything else you can think of) which make awesome gifts and party favors. I have recently started painting with acrylics on canvas for which I received a great response by everyone around me and the 2 exhibitions I had were pretty much sold out by the Grace of Almighty.
