Willing to work with you depending on your circumstances. I am a student who doesn't have a ton of disposable income. When my window motor stopped working, I had the option to spend 300 dollars getting new parts and labor. Luckily I was also offered the option to stick some wood from home depot in the door panel to hold up the window, which saved me tons of money. A real honest business.

Have to been to Sam's Auto care two times. Once for Vehicle inspection and they were pretty quick with report and did the job nicely and explained me report very well, which i submitted for vehicle registration. Second time went their Car Oil change and again they were very quick and got the job done in less than half an hour. Got the best price for the oil change and cheapest one in the area. Even my friend had good experience with his car repair. Gave the genuine quote and charged less than quote after actual repair was done.

I have used many different car repair places over the 35 years I have been in Dallas and Sam's is the best place I have been. I do not feel like they are trying to sell me repairs that I do not need!! They are honest, fast working and deliver the right goods. I highly recommend them! I have taken a Honda, Lexus, Mazda tribute and will take my Volvo when repairs are needed. They came recommended by the window tint folks next door.
