Appointments we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Our appointments are scheduled according to our specialists'' availability. If you are running late, please let us know so we can try to accommodate you. Arriving late will limit the time allotted for your service and lessen the effectiveness of your treatment. We require 24-hour notice if you plan to cancel. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services.We are always try to make sure your visit is enjoyable. We strives to deliver the best services and products available in the industry today. Her advice and personal attention is far beyond any salon I have ever gone to. When I moved out of the area, I tried other salons and was not at all satisfied. Well needless to say, I'm coming back regardless of the miles because it is worth the trip to be treated well and be happy with the services provided! Rated 5.0 Literally the best experience I've had at a salon since I've been in Florida. I have lived in Boca for the past two years and have never had such a positive experience. Got me in their books within 48 hours when I called for an appointment and they made me aware of a coupon online for first timers. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I wanted coffee or something to drink- anyone from this area knows this is genuine customer service and it stands out! Everyone that works here was so pleasant and made sure to acknowledge my presence. I had Lindsay do my hair and she made my experience even more wonderful- so genuine and made me comfortable on my first visit! HIGHLY recommend.
