Jason King concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters, advising insurers in connection with a variety of complex coverage claims and litigation across the country. Jason handles coverage disputes relating to commercial and excess general liability, intellectual property and business torts, construction defect, products liability, and directors and officers liability. Jason also counsels clients in connection with the drafting of insurance policies and manuscript endorsements to existing policies according to their needs. Immediately before joining the firm, Jason was an associate at one of Am Law’s largest 100 U.S. law firms. Previously, he served as an associate in the corporate and securities group at another prominent global law firm’s New York City office.
