I was given Sunny’s contact information by another realtor when looking for a rental in Wesley Chapel. He owns several very nice properties in the area. He made the process of obtaining the lease very easy and responded to me promptly when I had questions. The day of my walkthrough, he made a list of items to be completed before or just after move in. Every item was taken care of as promised in a timely manner. I recently had an ant problem and he immediately contacted a pest control company to deal with it. I can’t say enough good things about my experience renting from Sunny - Not only is he responsive and helpful, but he’s also a really nice guy too!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly on Jan 10th to inquire about a townhome that she had listed. I truly had no intentions of buying a home, I just wanted to see what was out there in terms of layout and what I would want to look for, in a townhome. I met her Jan 11th and again viewed the home on Sat. By Sunday, I had offered on the home, contingent on the sale of my current home, at the time. I asked Shelly if she would represent me and off we went! By Monday we had photos and video, and my home my was on the market. Fast forward to March 8th, I closed on both homes! For me to describe Shelly as hard working, dedicated, invested, caring, and a great human being just aren’t enough to describe how wonderful she is! Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice in terms of their availability and effort and how they create and advertise their listings. The Shelly team stood out as the best: their videos photography services are amazing, their negotiation strategy was strong, and I could tell they will get you the best price from for your house. Our house was under contract within 5 days of listing at the price much higher than we anticipated. I would use their services again in the future and recommend to my friends.

As we know moving from one city to another city and purcharising a house is stresfull but we moved from Hawaii all the way to Tampa, Florida which is extremey risky and stresfull, and Anjali Gill made our transition very smooth and not stressful at all. We decided to build a house in Tampa, Florida and Angali Gill was with us from the beginning of the process and was very attentive and caring about finding the right place for us and led us all the way to the end of the process. Anjali went out of her way to offer us to do the Home Orientation/ inspection and the final walk through which she did not have to because it was our responsibility not hers and she still did it. Anjali was going through the process with us same as she was buying the house for herself with that amount of care and attention. Anjali even found other minor stuff that needed to be addressed and she addressed them immediately with the Builder and inspector. All in all I will say if you plan to move in the Tampa area, Florida regardless if you live in Florida, or any other part of United States don't hesitate to reach to Anjali Gill because for us it was one of the best decisions we have made. I just want to again say thank you for as I would say during one of the worst periods of my life. As you know my home had been on the market for well over 50 days, and nothing was happening. I remember speaking to a relative about my situation and she immediately spoke about you. At our first introduction I will admit I was a bit nervous and concerned, but once the ball started rolling you my dear were a force to be reckoned with. Took my house off the market for one day, you started doing things where I was like this is going way too fast! Fast forward to you putting my house back on the market and in 3 days while I was at dinner and you call and said “we have a contract on the house.” I started to cry?? I was in disbelief!! You did it!!! All I will end with is you are the best of best and people would be a foolish to ever doubt your ability to do your job. I wish I had met you prior to those 50 days before??
