Being a first time buyer is a scary feeling but Chirag really made the process seemless. He helped my wife and I pick out our first house and We couldn’t be happier with what we found. I am sure I wasn’t the easiest client but Chirag was patient and after few showings he quickly learned our likes and dislikes. He paid attention to the minor details and really helped move things in the right direction. He was very quick to response to any texts, calls or emails and took it upon himself to follow up with the lenders on the loan progress. I would choose Chirag again to help me with any future real estate endeavors.

Chirag helped me get a property in Nashville. He was extremely responsive and transparent. I brought the property remotely while living in another city and Chirag was my eyes and ears throughout the process making sure everything goes smoothly. Working with Chirag feels more friendly than professional. But when it comes to handling our other side of the deal he is utmost professional. I just don't get how he manages to balance both sides/parties, he just perfected it like art. His suggestions end up being very valuable, now or in future. We met Chirag few months ago when we were searching for our first home. He is very knowledgeable about the schools, localities and areas around Nashville. He explained every step from start to finish in a detailed manner, and guided us towards closing our first home. Chirag was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling a house. The process took a little longer than expected, but Chirag was there working day and night each and every day. He made sure to take it upon himself to do whatever it took to get us through the finish line.
