I can’t say enough about Pervez- Amazing photographer and great man. Pervez photographed me and my husband’s July 2016 wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was a joy to have around- at times I wanted him to put his camera down and be part of it all- I’m not sure many people can say that- but Pervez got the job done and I never EVER imagined I would be so in love with my wedding photos. (My husband, who I adore but doesn’t have strong feelings about anything, was mad upon finding out I hadn’t reviewed Pervez yet because of how much he liked him and how grateful he was for having Pervez there on our special day- no one could’ve done a better job at photographing our wedding.) I knew I was supposed to feel our wedding photography was a top priority in the wedding planning process but I didn’t. My husband and I don’t like photos, we don’t feel like we photograph naturally and without Pervez we wouldn’t have. I searched for a photographer for weeks (I know- doesn’t sound that intense but we planned the wedding in under two months). I talked to a ton, and to be honest I didn’t feel a connection and I found many of them really pushy, but then I found Pervez. I liked his style and he didn’t hound me, but more importantly I found him to be very warm, a familiar soul that I was comfortable with. Pervez got it- we wanted beautiful photos but we didn’t want to feel pestered. It was like having a friend photographer us, someone who got us and what our relationship was all about. There isn’t ONE photo I don’t like. Even at our most intoxicated that night- Pervez managed to make me look beautiful. I can’t thank him enough and can’t wait call upon him once our family begins growing!

COVID 19 Wedding: Pervez and his team was the best decision to add to our small backyard covid 19 wedding. Not only they did such an amazing job, but they treated us as a family/friend and comforted us throughout our virtual wedding without family around. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate and get us access to some electronics/gadgets from other vendors complimentary to make our day smooth. The way they worked on our photos and video shocked everyone that it was a small Covid 19 backyard wedding. They didnt hesitate to go extra mile to help us like friends and made us feel special. My husband, Ted, and I first met Pervez at the historic Paramount Theatre in Boston for our engagement shoot. Throughout the next 2 hours, Ted and I were amazed by the unedited shots we were privy to. Pervez has an exceptional ability to use natural light to his advantage when capturing shots and movement. Throughout our wedding photography and videography, I noticed “that look in his eyes” whenever he liked how the natural light around us would dance to his vision. Pervez and his colleague, Ven, took their time to capture our most candid wedding moments. Oprah Winfrey once said, “Passion is energy. We always think of Photographers and videographers as capturing the memories so we can look back on our wedding in the future, But PTAUFIQ made my wedding MAGIC in the PRESENT! Because of COVID I could only invite a tenth of my original Big Fat Indian Wedding guest list. Pervez offered to do the whole thing on ZOOM and because of his AMAZING QUALITY, CRISPNESS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL, all of our guests told us they felt they were with us on our big day, and nothing could be more important to us. Needless to say, Pervez's teams photos and videos are just Jaw dropping. They captured love, energy, fun and family in every shot. They are in the business of weddings so not only did they take pictures, but they guided us on when to do lost of wedding-y things we wouldn't have know otherwise: they are super knowledgeable about different cultural nuances - both Christian and Muslim, and Indian and American traditions. When i was looking for a wedding photographer, naturally i started with the Knot. As i was perusing portfolios, i stumbled upon a photo of our friends (whose wedding we had attended), on the PTaufiq Photography page. I dove into the profile and was quickly impressed by the incredible photos i saw — but nothing could compare to actually meeting the PTaufiq team. It was a pleasure working with PTaufiq Photography to capture moments from our wedding as well as other events surrounding the same. We were planning a week long South Indian wedding in under 6 weeks and were looking for a team that would be flexible with the schedule while matching our needs. Pervez and I chatted for almost 30 minutes just to get know each other and turned out we had very similar backgrounds. I told him how long of coverage I was looking for and was willing to work with me if we went over that time. He mentioned that he would come up with a 5 min video of the wedding and a 30 min video, along with providing us with all the raw footage. He was willing to give us a live stream of the wedding which helped with all friends and family members who were not able to attend our wedding. Anytime I called he was willing to pick up the phone and chat. Engagement Shoot: We decided we wanted to do two photo shoots in Boston and Pervez on photography and Richard on video. Pervez really connected with us as a couple and took amazing shots while we did an Indian outfit and a western outfit. He was always open to any poses and he had some really cool poses himself. He is really talented at making sure the camera angle has perfect symmetry with us and the background. Richard had some really cool video shots he took of us almost like a 180 degree video of us as a couple walking and talking. Haldi: We had Pervez on photo, Kaelib photo and video, Joe on video and We ended up going way over on time and I didn’t even hear a peep out of Pervez and his team. They were excited and wanted to capture those precious moments. He brought his drone that day to capture some amazing shots of us together for our video. Wedding: Pervez and his team showed up right on time an hour and half before everything was about to start. He got video interviews with my wife and I and we can’t wait to see what we each said about each other. They got some video and photo shoots of both of us getting ready. We didn’t necessarily follow our agenda and his team was able to adapt flawlessly. They worked the entire 6 hours of the wedding and I didn’t hear a single compliant from them. Reception: Nicole showed up an hour before the cocktail hour and took some amazing shots of my wife and I. Joe and Kaelib blended into the crowd to capture those candid video shots of the crowd and all the events that unfolded that evening. They were able to use the drone to capture our special performances that night along with capturing the family interviews of us as a couple. Dele worked really hard throughout the night capturing those photos of family/friends’ shots with bride and groom while dancing was going on. Nicole was super sweet making sure we got away from the crowd and got a chance to enjoy the food. She also made sure we got some time in the photobooth and got some time to enjoy the event with our friends and family on the dance floor. Post Events shoot: The day of the events his team was able to take amazing shots of the entire events while blending into the crowd. She finished editing over 800 shots from the events about 2 week and provided us the ability to view them online. Both my wife and I watched our 30 second teaser and ended it with tears. The team was able to capture and present all the highlights from each event and end with an amazing 360 video of our first dance together. If the trailer came out this amazing we can’t wait to see what the final videos will look like. Hire PTaufiq Photography !

My wife and I met with Pervez for the first time to discuss coverage for our two special occasions, pre-wedding event (Jaggo) and our reception. At our first meeting, we knew he was the right fit for us, knowing the fact It was a traditional Indian Punjabi wedding. Pervez took the time and went over his previous work that he has captured specially Indian Weddings. After reviewing his work, my wife and I were amazed by the wedding pictures he displayed. I also got to know Pervez on a personal level, family oriented, humble, fun, incredibly generous with his time and energy. We immediately set a date and time for our pre-wedding photo shoot at Boston Commons month prior to our big day. Pervez wasted no time, and got to work, we had the pre-wedding photos within a week. Their professionalism and drive to get the “Wow” photos is unmatched. Honestly- I do not have the words to explain how thankful I am that we chose Pervez and his team as our photographers and videographers for our wedding this past weekend. Our wedding was in India over the span of 4-5 days and Pervez and his team managed to capture all of the amazing moments from each day. We ?came across ?P?Taufiq Photography? on Thumbtack and met Pervez on a weekday night at 9 pm at a Dunkin' Donuts! And we were surprised to see how energetic he was!! He asked us about Our story and what our vision was for our wedding photos. It seemed as if we have known each other for a really long time. Pervez was very understanding of how special this event was for us. We decided to do a pre-wedding photoshoot in June. And even though it was 100 degrees that day, we couldn't believe how lovely the shots were that he took. Our wedding was in July and we made a schedule for each day for all the four days. Pervez & Nicole and their teams were always on time and never frowned on staying a little later than the hours we decided on. They covered events on both side of the families. The best part was that both of them understood the traditions and the emotions that come along. And they communicated with our families very well. It felt like that they were a part of our family as they were laughing and shedding tears like everyone else. They captured all the special moments so beautifully that it is hard to explain in words. All the pictures are just so perfect. And the day he sent us our wedding trailer, we couldn't believe how amazing his work was and how he captured every single detail. I was referred to P.Taufiq Photography and could have not been happier. During our first meeting with Pervez, I knew we had made the right decision with having him as our photographer. The day of our wedding, both him and his team were amazing. Our wedding was originally going to be outside, but it had rained and unfortunately had to be moved inside. Pervez was able to still capture our day perfectly, and was such an amazing person by going with my husband and I outside to take photos in 22 degree and wet weather. Pervez felt more like a close family friend, in addition to being our wedding photographer! We read all the overwhelmly positive reviews of Pervez and his work and decided to give him a call. It was a short time before our wedding and we working within a budget. Thankfully he agreed to cover our special occasion. Unlike the other wedding vendors, we did not get a chance to meet beforehand, this made us a little nervous. But Pervez and his team showed up at our wedding and reception and it was absolutely great! Pervez worked with our DJ to make our event a success. We took the necessary time to find the right background and lighting to take amazing pictures. He even used a drone to get aerial shots and recordings. Pervez made it a fun experience to experiment with different poses, lighting, and background. Everyone enjoyed meeting and talking to him and his team. He knows all the best family-friendly jokes to break the ice and get people laughing and smiling, especially with children. We received a few teaser photos immediately after (a day or two) our wedding. We just loved them! In fact these pictures went directly into our thank you cards. After about 2 months, we got our pictures and wedding trailer. After about 3 months, we got our wedding video. It was certainly well worth the wait, watching the video was like reliving the moment. Pervez went beyond our original package, he gave us additional edited pictures and videos. His passion for his work is so infectious that we got some practice editing our own pictures. We couldn’t be happier, Pervez and his team are utmost professionals and we highly recommend them for any special occasion.

First, our package included an engagement shoot where Pervez personally photographed and talked with us for a while to really understand us as a couple. Pervez Taufiq is an absolute gem of a person and an amazing photographer. We are extremely lucky and delighted that we could get him and his team for our wedding photography. Although we met Pervez for the first time at our wedding, it felt as though we knew him for ages; our family and friends were quite impressed with his work. Pervez and his team were very professional; they showed up early, setup the cameras, lights etc. We were so impressed with the drone aerial footage and the 360-degree coverage for photos and videos. Additionally he placed many cameras at different angles to get the best pictures. The very next day Pervez sent out a bunch of pictures and they were phenomenal. About a month later, Pervez delivered the wedding trailer and pictures (both edited and raw). The wedding trailer is truly Pervez’s masterpiece and makes him a creative genius. It captured all the great moments perfectly timed with the right music to make it truly memorable. It was perfect! Pervez went beyond the originally agreed upon package giving us two additional videos with his own taste in edits, sound and music. Family and friends from abroad who were unable to attend the wedding could now actually relive the moment. Overall, we are extremely happy and delighted to have Pervez as our wedding photographer. He exceeded our expectations and his work speaks for itself. From start to finish, Pervez gave us a wonderful experience for our wedding photography.

We had the pleasure of working with Pervez and Jose as our photographers and WOW - they are truly the DREAM team! Photo was one of the vendors that we really valued and took the longest time to decide on - we did a lot of research, inquired with dozens of photographers, and spent a lot of time deciding on who to go with and PTaufiq Photography did not disappoint. We had the BEST time working with Pervez and Jose! Both of them truly have a passion for photography and love what they do - we have never come across photographers who are more dedicated to get the perfect shot and are as passionate for their craft as these two. They went through water, laid on sand, went between cacti - seriously they did it all just to make sure they got incredible photos. Also, they KNOW how to work the light in their favor - it is truly incredible to see how quickly they can find the perfect spot for a photo and adjust the lighting to make it look unreal. The sneak peaks we have received are honestly JAW DROPPING and we cannot wait to see the rest of our photos. If you want magic, look no further than PTaufiq. 1000/10 would recommend to anyone and worth every penny!

Pervez and his team covered 6 events across 5 days for our Indian wedding in South Carolina. To say that they wildly exceeded our dreams just might be an understatement. Throughout the week, they were amazing to work with. Extremely professional, conscious of their craft, and always looking to make us as comfortable as possible. They were on time 100% of the time while making sure to get the shots they needed for incredible photos and video. They were excellent at giving us and our families direction for the pictures, which was helpful for us as we aren’t camera naturals. All our guests raved about the same day edit they showed at our reception, which looked like a professional film made in just a few hours. Pervez, Kani, Derek, and Chris were fantastic. If you’re lucky enough to be able to book them, do it!!! Our family is so over the moon about the pictures and videos they captured. Memories to last multiple lifetimes and totally worth the investment!

Pervez did an AMAZING job with all aspects of our wedding photography from our initial sit down meeting to the last moments captured on the dance floor! He is incredibly talented & knowledgeable about the best lightening for each element of your venue. We had an outdoor evening ceremony in a vineyard followed by cocktail hour in a barn followed by an outdoor tent reception- so having someone so skilled in lighting & angles was key! He was also extremely professional while still being approachable, warm & funny. He blended right in with our guests. When we got back our amazing wedding photos- there were great ones... where I did not even notice that he was there capturing the moments! We would HIGHLY recommend Pervez to anyone in need of a wedding photographer- or any event for that matter!

My husband, Rutvij, and I could not be more happy with our experience with Pervez and the entire PTaufiq team. It’s one thing to love your own vendor but to have so many of our guests rave about his team, professionalism, talent and personality is just another validation in our decision to go with Pervez. From the beginning, he takes such an interest and puts in effort to get to know you personally, what kind of vision you have, what is important to you, and executes the photography and videography with excellence. Honestly, for as emotional as a wedding can be, i spent most of the weekend smiling through it without crying too much. However, we just got our highlight reel back and i don’t know how he did it but to revisit our wedding weekend through Pervez’ lens was just a whole other experience and brought back all that emotion. The teams ability to bring our vision to life is just such a talent and we could not be happier with our photos and videos. I highly recommend PTaufiq Photography because you are getting so much more than just talent. Your getting a personalized experience, professionals at the top of their game, creativity thats just pushed to another level and literally the nicest photo/video team I have ever encountered at a wedding.

Expressing our gratitude to P (and his team) feels almost impossible because words can’t capture just how deeply grateful we are for everything they did for us. I’ll never forget our first conversation—walking him through each event, hearing his vision for the shots, and feeling the passion as he shared that the Dolomites seemed like the perfect backdrop for us. He was right, of course; from the breathtaking Dolomites shoot that left us in awe (and maybe with two months of frostbite!) to the intimate early-morning beach session before the wedding—it was all beyond our wildest dreams. Every moment, was captured with such care and artistry. P made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which made all the difference. We love you all so much and are forever grateful for the magic you created. Can’t wait to see you again!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Pervez and his team are. We absolutely loved working with Pervez, Frank, Chris and Parth to shoot our 4 day wedding weekend, and every single day was a fun filled and incredible experience. They have a level of expertise that is unmatched: they tell you exactly how to pose so you get the most beautiful pictures. After seeing the results from our engagement shoot I had complete trust that whatever they told us to do, there was a very good reason. They communicated so clearly with us about literally everything from the booking process to the day of details. And to top it all off, the whole team is just so talented, fun, goofy and lovable that it’s simply impossible not to have the time of your life. Would 1000% recommend to anyone getting married or having a big event, because they are the best in the business. Love y’all to pieces and thank you for everything!!

We had the pleasure of doing our pre-wedding shoot in Jaipur with PTaufiq’s India team; Avinash, Shubam, and Kamlesh. They were absolutely AMAZING!! We easily saw how much passion they have for their craft! We usually don’t like taking pictures and suck at posing, but the team was sooo helpful at coaching us and making us feel comfortable by the end we felt like models. They did everything to make sure they got the perfect shot. They even got us chai for a super cute photo opp of us on the streets talking and drinking chai. Additionally they handled all the logistics of picking locations, timing, and payment for each site making the day seamless for us. 1000/10 recommend booking them!!!
