Bhavin is the ideal realtor to work with, a consummate professional, with a great sense of humor. His easygoing style cleverly conceals the fact that he really knows his stuff. Bhavin is very professional, he will tell you which part is good, which is not good, how to decorate, how much it costs, and always very patient, he will never rush to reach a sale and recommend a house. I went to see his open house, and I was lucky enough to know and choose him. Finally he helped me buy a perfect house in 2 months, perfect price for the location and size, Bhavin is the best, I highly recommend him.

Bhavin Shah was an excellent agent to work with, he was professional, easy going and very responsive in answering questions. The housing market in 2020 was extremely fast paced and difficult to navigate, Bhavin was very quick to make contacts to set up viewings and was available to show us homes at anytime, which made a huge difference in finding our home.
