It was great working with Kabir and his team for our wedding in VA. Kabir was super helpful with all aspects of lighting and floor plan! Kabir and Ishpreet made for a super lively baraat even in the freezing cold! They kept the dance floor going our entire reception and were helpful with coordination as well! Our 360 Photo Booth made for amazing wedding videos and our guests absolutely loved all the props they had provided! It was busy the entire time!! DJ Kabir did an outstanding job and made sure everything was transitioned well. He made sure to arrive early and work on all the last minute adjustments to work closely with our planner and event staff. He also spent extensive time working with individuals of our party before the ceremony to ensure the mixes were perfect. Would highly recommend for his ability to provide great service. We choose Kabir as the MC and DJ for our wedding in Punta Cana and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We wanted to ensure we had great parties with good Indian music and lots of dancing! We got that and more! Kabir DJ’ed our sangeet and reception, and he picked music perfectly for both of these events. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that catered to everyone's taste. The dance floor was packed the entire night for both events! Kabir also supported the sound setup for our wedding ceremony, which was more than we hired him for. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our son and his now wife’s Sangeet Night. Kabir is absolutely fantastic and so personable!! He was prompt and on time, and he emceed the evening’s program with no problems. Most importantly though, the music was so insanely energetic. The set was beyond what we had imagined! We hired Kabir and his team for DJ and photography services. Kabir provided us with a lot of useful advice and guidance in planning the entertainment for our party. He was extremely responsive and always made himself available for a chat in the days leading to the event. He sent us his music list many weeks in advance and incorporated our suggestions. During the party he also acted as the MC for our planned entertainment program and ensured it went smoothly. He played amazing music and kept the party tempo going on till the end. Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. I think i know who ill be calling and reffering to for all my DMV DJ needs

Well that is what happens when Matt is your DJ and the dance party starts in the evening and goes way past midnight because no one wants to miss a beat ?? Thanks Matt for keeping the party rolling and making our special couple celebrating their silver jubilee, dance to your carefully selected peppy numbers. You went above and beyond and turned the DJ service to karaoke without skipping a beat. We were so lucky to have Kabir DJ at my sister's wedding in the greater Baltimore area. He was professional, timely, and extremely kind. He worked hard to make sure everyone from kids to our older guests had a great time. He accommodated our requests and helped us with all our needs. On the Mehndi, His friend played the Dhol and added that extra punjabi touch. On the Shaadi, he set up a projector screen so we could play a slideshow and give the couple an extra tribute. Everything was flawless and super organized!

We used Desi Beatzs for a recent event in our backyard celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. Matt is very professional and thorough. He worked with us right from the planning phase - we had a couple consultations to understand our requirements and he made suggestions accordingly. He worked with our family to learn our diverse taste in music and even customized a playlist especially for us. He even helped us with music mixes for our dance performances. Matt does it all!! On the day of the event, the team from Desi Beatzs covered many aspects of our party including lights, smoke guns, upstage dance floor lighting, outdoor and indoor speakers. DJ Matt personally came out a few days before the party to test out everything. Everyone enjoyed the music and Matt kept the crowd on the dance floor. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.

Don’t hesitate and just book Desi Beatz for your wedding events! My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Kabir on our special day. So communicative, friendly and upfront about what services they provided (and they offer a ton! We went with the DJ & photobooth packages). He was not only just the DJ for our reception, but he was the host, emcee, and coordinator. He truly lent support to every aspect of our day and was the reason it went so smoothly. Our guests loved the photobooth as well and it was great entertainment for our guests. Our event was a traditional Pakistani reception (the groom’s culture) with guests from other different cultures, as my family is Chinese-Vietnamese.
