He was thorough and professional from begining to end by giving me recommendations to update property before listing for rent, during the tenant screening process and finally in execution of lease agreement. He went over and above his responsibilities; when I was out of town he worked with previous tenant to do walk through and collect keys, worked with contractor to get the house painted. There are no two ways about it...Shanti's professional handling of my recent vacant land purchase in Durham just a few miles from downtown has been NOTHING short of extraordinary and exemplary! From the get-go, she demonstrated a keen insight about that which makes a given real estate investment a great one! She did thorough research before we made an offer, paid attention to all of the small details I needed to be aware of, and ultimately negotiated my purchase of a VERY special and unique lakefront lot (AND the lake!!) at $34,000 BELOW the original asking price! Even now, after the land purchase is done and recorded, Shanti remains available to provide insight, advice, and assistance in my efforts to get a new custom home construction project off the ground! All in all, Shanti really sets the standard for what full service real estate transaction assistance should be. I'm very grateful, and appreciative of her support in a very long process...but one which holds the promise of great reward down the line when it's completed!

Shanti has been with me, by my side since May 2020. She actually picks up the phone when you call, responds to your text messages and emails. Even on weekends! When she speaks, it's with knowledge, the real-estate knowledge that I don't have. She is an advocate for me and I feel she really wants me and my kids to own a home. For Shanti and I to have just met in May , it sure seems like she is family.
