Warren specializes in all forms of bank, bond and other debt financings, with a particular emphasis on highly leveraged transactions and cross-border financings. A former executive director and counsel of a major investment bank, Warren was the team leader for a group of internal counsel supporting the bank’s Leveraged Finance, Corporate Lending and Latin American financing business groups in the Americas.
