Stephanie also has significant experience in defending claims involving alleged exposures to asbestos and benzene, including the successful defense of two separate wrongful death mesothelioma cases on behalf of a wire and cable manufacturer, both resulting in unanimous defense verdicts. She has successfully prepared and argued numerous motions for summary judgment on asbestos-related claims including, most recently, an asbestos-related intentional tort claim under Ohio’s new intentional tort statute.
