Richard Mattiaccio focuses his cross-border practice on the arbitration, litigation, mediation and service as settlement counsel in complex cases involving investor disputes, long-term supply relationships, intellectual property rights, patent and trademark licensing arrangements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
