Reed Sirak is an associate in the Squire Patton Boggs Environmental, Safety & Health Practice Group. Reed is involved in litigation matters pertaining to the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Hazardous Materials Transportation Act and Hazardous Materials Regulations, and the various rules and regulations governing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In addition to litigation, Reed assists clients on issues involving regulatory compliance and performing environmental due diligence. Prior to joining the firm, Reed was an associate for a boutique natural resources and insurance defense law firm in Anchorage, Alaska; clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge John D. Roberts at US District Court for the District of Alaska at Anchorage; and clerked for the Honorable Deputy Presiding Judge Vanessa H. White at Palmer Superior Court. During law school, Reed spent the fall semester of his third year interning at the US Department of Justice in the Environmental Crimes Section located in Washington DC. In addition, Reed received a certificate from the General Practice Program and served on Vermont Law Review.
