About Parker M.Sinclair

Parker Sinclair combines his prior private sector business and public policy experience to deliver pragmatic and effective results for public and privately-held companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, mining, waste management, technology, healthcare and real estate, as well as nonprofit organizations. He regularly counsels clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, commercial contracts, corporate governance and securities matters. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Parker worked for a Fortune 20 healthcare services company where he focused on domestic tax planning and M&A tax structuring. Prior to beginning his legal career, Parker served as a legislative aide to a Member of the US House of Representatives, where he advised the Member on policy areas including energy, labor, agriculture, appropriations and the judiciary. In his free time, Parker is an active member of the community and serves on the Executive Board of the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.
