Meghna Rao’s practice concentrates on general and complex civil litigation matters. Specifically, she provides counsel on insurance-related disputes, corporate and private entity governance and breach of contract matters. Meghna has recently completed in-depth research on Ohio business entities and disputes among members of the same organization. In addition to Meghna’s litigation work, she serves as a volunteer attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and assists with landlord tenant disputes and debt collection cases. While attending law school, Meghna gained experience in risk analysis and brand protection working in the legal division of a Fortune 100 global consumer products company. She externed for Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor at the Supreme Court of Ohio and represented Moritz College of Law at the National Robert F. Wagner Moot Court Competition. Meghna also served as a legal writing fellow for the L.L.M. legal writing program, aiding the L.L.M. students in their synthesis of US legal system
