Kim Bedzyk combines her background in financial services and insurance with her legal training to provide project leadership for new clients within the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She also supports the practice by drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery and streamlining processes. Prior to joining the firm, Kim was in senior leadership at the Guardian Life Insurance company in Bethlehem, PA and Nationwide Insurance in Columbus, OH, where her various roles included vice president, Customer Experience; vice president, Life and Annuity operations; COO and president of Financial Settlement Services; and vice president of Market Management. Kim joined Nationwide Insurance in 1992 as in-house counsel for life and health insurance.
