Kerryn Holman focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She has experience litigating a variety of disputes under state and federal law, including breach of contract, interference with contractual relations, common law fraud and negligence, fraudulent transfer, securities fraud, real estate disputes, ERISA preemption issues, and construction and product defect issues.
