About John R.Barlow II
John Barlow, senior counsel with the firm, concentrates his practice in real estate matters of all types. He has over thirty years experience in the practice of real estate, including closings, foreclosures, boundary disputes, and title matters. He is co-editor of Skelton on the Legal Elements of Boundaries and Adjacent Properties (Lexis Law Publishing, 1997) and has lectured extensively on real estate matters at the Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to joining Tuggle Duggins, John was secretary and general counsel to C. Douglas Wilson & Company, mortgage bankers, where he gained extensive experience in commercial lending and loan workouts.
