India Scarver focuses her practice on toxic tort litigation in federal and state courts. India also has experience representing clients in debt collection cases. India has devoted a significant portion of her practice and time with us defending a major US chemical company in multidistrict litigation involving personal jury claims. India also dedicates her time to volunteer work at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus where she assists with debt collection cases.
