Catrina Kohn focuses her practice on public finance, and has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel with respect to taxable and tax exempt financings and refinancings. Her experience includes assisting with bond financings for the benefit of healthcare facilities, school districts and universities, and state and local governments. In her capacity as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel, Catrina also has experience with current and advance refundings, master trust indentures, certificates of participation and disclosure matters.
