During his 30 years with Squire Patton Boggs, Craig Woods has tried, litigated, arbitrated, mediated or otherwise resolved an unusually wide variety of disputes and other client matters in Ohio and throughout the United States. He has significant experience in general commercial, director and officer liability, professional liability, product liability, environmental, intellectual property, real estate, oil and gas, and personal injury cases. He is also highly experienced in regulatory enforcement actions, legal ethics inquiries and alternative dispute resolution matters. Craig currently serves as a practice leader for the Squire Patton Boggs Toxic & Mass Tort Practice, a member of the firm’s shale oil group, and the account manager for our membership in the DuPont Primary Law Firm Network. He and his client service teammates have been recognized by DuPont for exemplary service in several litigation matters. Craig also belongs to a number of national, state and local bar associations, industry groups and committees, and he is a court-appointed mediator for the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also serves as Ethics Partner and Loss Prevention Counsel to Squire Patton Boggs. Craig regularly writes and speaks on topics ranging from professionalism and legal ethics to mass tort defense. Craig is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
