The most striking thing that we observed about Vikram was that he is a gentleman. Very soft spoken & non aggressive. Vikram, saved us from investing in a money pit(home) by warning us about the pitfalls associated with it. We were in a very tough & hopeless situation and he was very gracious about the financial aspect of it and helped us find our home. Also, he helped sell our home.
