The best knowledgeable loan officer We had a great experience with Joseph for our first home buying. As a first time home buyer I had many questions which were answered in detail and also Joseph had also explained various other options that are available to me which was really helpful especially in the seller’s market. From pre-approval through closing the process was stress free. Our loan was processed in 7 days. & the closing was done within 21 days . My Realtor referred MVR Mortagage for loan process.I closed with him recently in oct 2024 . I felt it was staright forward without much hastlw with Venkat Malapati when I was able to give all the data in his website that was needed to get the rates needed .
