She went as far as changing fire alarms and replacing the batteries before closing. She handled all the paperwork thoroughly and everything was complete. All we had to do is to go and sign the paperwork. Everything else was handled by her. She was in constant communication with us letting us know what is going on with the process and guided us all the way through the buying and selling process.
