As a first time homeowner I was fortunate to have met Tilni. I was new to the area and did not know any realtors. The home buying was always known to be a nightmare process but she was very patient with my million questions, explaining, and assured my needs were met. As busy we all are, she sent me reminder and kept me with updates. Tilni always went out her way and did not push or pressure me on decisions yet she was super supportive by providing all details and let me make my final decision. If there’s anyone who knows the Delaware market, it’s Tilni! Tilni helped us close on our investment property in Claymont DE with ease. She explained the process to us in detail and answered all our questions. Our mortgage lender was delaying the process and Tilni was critical in discussing this with the seller to make sure they understood the situation and renegotiate the timeline (without any disadvantage to us).
