I wish I could give Eugen and his team more than 5 stars. I booked Eugen and his crew for my wedding photography and videography this August. They were prompt and very professional. I have the most stunning wedding photos, and I am so excited to see my video when it is complete. I had a sneak peak of photos within days of the wedding and my full album within two weeks. Eugen helped with poses and made the whole process feel natural and relaxed. I would highly recommend booking Eugen and his family for your event. You will not be disappointed.

Sublime Moments Photography provided incredible, epic wedding photography for our Detroit wedding, and we are so thrilled with the results. It was challenging planning a socially-distant wedding during COVID-19, but Eugen was gracious and adaptable through all our changes in plans. Eugen and his wife Roxana are a great team, and the artistry of his work along with his professionalism speak for themselves. He knew our wedding venue area, Belle Isle State Park, through and through, and could give advice for good angles and locations for photo shoots. He was also able to help us strike poses that looked natural, unique, and artistic. On top of all that, Eugen was able to send us previews within a week and the full set of photos before the two-week mark, which is incredible turnaround time! Thanks for the beautiful wedding photos, we will treasure them forever!

We used Fairytale Productions for our wedding and did the bundle package for our photo booth, photographer, and videographer. We felt we received a great product and at a great rate. Everything included in our package was great quality and the company was easy to work with!

Fairytale Productions made our wedding an absolute joyful day! As a bride with very little outside help or guidance, it was really appreciated that Chris took the time to go over every detail with me and made me feel comfortable opening up about my bridal insecurities with. I never felt that I was asking too much or was over organizing the day when we spoke about the timeline of events. The whole team showed up on time and was ready to start immediately. They were well organized, however they were easy to roll with the punches of the day when events didn't go as planned or hair/makeup took two extra hours thus throwing our timeline out of whack. We hired Fairytale Productions for their full team: DJ, two photographers and two videographers. I would not change an absolute thing about the team and every person was so personable and pleasant to be around. They all understood our goals for the day and immediately bonded with them from the moment we walked in the door. Brides, do yourself a favor…hire Fairytale Productions and put your mind at ease. They are absolute professionals that will make the most of your day. You won't have to worry about a thing! It was the best decision we made for our wedding and I would recommend them to anyone, plus with their packages you can choose one that would work best for YOUR day and YOUR budget! If you are a Military Family do yourself a favor and scratch this place off your list. We were planning to use them for a wedding in December, we found out last month that Tanner is deploying, and have all the necessary documents to prove it. They are refusing to refund our deposit even though we were able to give them 7 months in advance. Even if you are not a military family, this is completely disheartening, and I can't imagine anyone wanting to do business with people like this.

A videographer was a must for our wedding day. I wanted to remember things pictures simply cannot capture (the speeches, the music). We were not disappointed with our choice in Fairytale Productions. Our wedding was in April, and we just received our final videos.Staff was well organized to work with and sent reminders to me when I had so much to remember. Lance was our videographer and he was a gem. So nice and genuine, and got amazing shots without even knowing he was there! This made me and my guests feel comfortable and able to act ourselves without the pressure of knowing we were on camera, getting those genuine and real emotions throughout the day. I had a different photographer than Fairytale Productions, but Lance also worked well with our other 2 photographers as a team with them on our day. Great team, amazing video quality!

First off I will say that I do enjoy my video, it is nicely edited and a nice way to remember my wedding day. I don't usually complain however, I did not enjoy dealing with fariytale productions as a company. I had high hopes after reading many glowing reviews however after my wedding I didn't hear from the company for 6 months and at that time received a form letter that started it's been a couple of months since your wedding and the letter stated they try to get the video out in 4-5 months which we were well past. At that point it became a run around trying to get my video. I was spoken down to and told one of their editors just had a baby and MOST brides are understanding of that. Although people who had recommended them to me recieved their videos in 4 months it took almost 8 to recieve mine and even after I was sent shipping info it took another week before it got in the mail.The office staff was not very professional. They told me time and again that they didn't have enough people and they were hiring more and that they had booked more weddings that weekend than they had for an entire month. Being understaffed and overbooked was not my fault yet I was made to feel that way by the end of the conversation. Also I was told premium packages do not get priority over traditional yet the highlights for the premium clients go up on fb right away and they are obiously highly edited so they are getting priority.They do good work but the contract is VERY vaguely worded i.e. you will recieve the video in a reasonable amount of time. That raised a red flag with me and when I asked about that was told contract max is 6 mo but they try for 4-5, yet they fell back on the reasonable amount of time as soon as i questioned. I guess I would only recommend if you are willing to wait almost to your anniversary for your video and don't mind not knowing if they shot your wedding day and forgot about you and the $1500 or more you spent with them.

Fairytale productions was very professional and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone. Wish we got a sneak peak of the photos though because the wait for return is long.

We loved it! I am upset I cant remember the gentleman's name that took care of us on our big day. He was so polite, he took care of us and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He was awesome with my husband and did a great job with us girls!! He didn't get in the way of anything but was there for everything we needed him for!! I have never dealt with another videographer but I wouldn't want to after you guys!! I have recommended you guys to a ton of people already! Now we cant wait to see our sneak peek and the video!!!

We chose Fairytale Productions for DJ and Photo Booth during our wedding this past Friday. DJ Dom was our MC for the night and we were more than pleased with his work! We needed a little more time for pictures at sunset than planned, and he helped us with the flow of the night. Highly recommended! The Photo Booth was also a BIG hit! We were concerned after we chose to have a photo booth because people said they weren't used as much anymore with the advent of hashtags. We're so happy we did have this and will have those pictures forever. Even my grandma used it! We had such a great time, and a big part of that was because of Fairytale Productions. Awesome job, guys!
