Sugar Events and Entertainment was, hands down, our favorite vendor for the weekend! My wife and I are both low-key people, with highly involved professional lives, so we were hoping to have a DJ and entertainment crew that could meet our needs leading up to the wedding, keep things stress free, and would be flexible with our schedule. Right off the get go, Sahil and his crew were friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and very organized. He met us at our budget point, and worked with us to customize toward what we wanted within our budget. We needed some direction as we were taking a non-traditional approach to our Indian wedding, and Sahil and Riddhi stepped in where they could to say I've seen that before or you may want to discuss that with your families -- honesty that goes a long way! In the months before the wedding, they created a minute-by-minute blueprint for the events, scripts for what they would be doing or saying, questions directed to us to make sure the flow goes well, and most importantly, suggestions on ways to make our vision of our wedding come to life. The Baraat was a hit. The wedding flowed smoothly with Riddhi's day of coordination. The wedding song playlist was customized to mine and my wife's favorite songs, and was a hit. The reception photobooth was a hit. But, most importantly, our reception was the big hit. Sahil and his team made sure that our dancefloor was packed (literally nonstop) from the moment speeches ended until we were kicked out of our venue! I rarely see a full dancefloor without lulls at a wedding reception, but we were thrilled that ours was one of them as he accomodated our guests requests sampled from an online submission form weeks in advance and took our requests to balance Bollywood, Bhangra, Top 40, and 90-00s Hip-Hop. We can't say enough good things about Sahil, Riddhi, and Sugar Events and Entertainment. If you're looking for a friendly, accomodating, flexible, and downright fun DJ for an unforgettable event, I promise you'll sing the same praises we do after signing Sugar Events!

The music/dance party at our engagement party was truly the highlight of the evening! Sahil and his team did a very thorough job of making sure there was a minute-by-minute plan for the whole evening and helped create a structure to our event that was both flexible and still really fun! He made sure things ran smoothly the day-of and we really appreciated the check-ins and meetings prior to the event to coordinate logistics. The dholi kept every single one of my friends on the dance floor and added a kind of energy to the event that couldn't replicated otherwise. Thank you Sahil and his wonderful staff! :)

Sahil and his team were amazing! From the music, to the dance floor lighting for our mehndi ceremony. The dance floor was full the entire night and our guests to this day talk about how great the music and our dj was! 100% would recommend Sahil and his team! Thank you again we had a blast??

Magic Mike (from NJ) was professional with his demeanor but I expected more quality for someone so experienced and who came recommended by our vendor, the Rockleigh Country Club. On the day of the wedding, he asked me to switch the placement of the first dance and did not seem too happy about us not agreeing with him. Songs for certain events were skipped, misplayed, and at one point three different songs played for the wrong part of the reception. He also asked me for more details about a song that was to play during a solo dance right before my reception on the day of the wedding!! Which btw, he started to play, then cut, and restarted. My poor cousin still held it together and just restarted the whole dance. He had what looked like a 13 yr. old manning the dj station while he was mcing. AND the monogram I created and gave him was all SKEWED on the dance floor- ugh - that looks so bad in pictures! He did some cool things during the party like throw streamers and he has a good voice, and played our dance list fairly close to what we wanted. But, he never played our last song.

We booked dj JT for my daughters mehndi night. Very professional at what he does. I will definitely recommend him for all my events and to other. If you are looking to quality he is the way to go. Him and his team were ready to go on time and made sure stayed connect with us before the event. Helped us create a schedule and gave us ideas for songs. Also very good MC as well to make announcements for your event. If you looking for someone who takes control and has your crowd on their feet dancing all night long. We also added this star light dance floor and it was so beautiful in person with the touching of lighting made our event truly something to remember

I contacted DJ JT about a year and a half ago to play at my son’s wedding. From the start he was gracious and patient. All throughout, he patiently answered my multiple questions and reassured me that it will be a lovely event. FYI--We were not going to have dancing at our wedding but I still wanted a DJ for the wedding ceremony and reception and wanted JT to make the evening fun and entertaining. Which he did beautifully. He came up with ideas of music to be played during the “pheras”. That definitely added a lovely touch to the ceremony. We heard lot of good things about that for sure. He had made sure to discuss the music with me (since I was planning the wedding for the most part) and gave me suggestions, too, but also took time to go over it with my son and DIL to get their input. I appreciated that. Of course, he made the reception evening also fun by getting the crowd excited during the entry, speeches, etc. To top it off, he obliged me by playing the slideshow during reception (I had needed someone at the last minute). I am appreciative and grateful to JT for playing at the wedding. Not only the family but also guests had very positive things to say about him. I would definitely recommend DJ JT

Sahil & Viraj were absolutely brilliant as our DJ/MC Duo! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed their incredible skill set and presence during each event. The music was fantastic, they were able to incorporate our requested songs seamlessly and were great at reading the audience to keep them hyped at each event! We all felt as if they were like one of our guests rather than vendors. Their sheer ability to jump in and help out when something was behind schedule or checking in with my husband and I from time to time was highly appreciated. They truly go above and beyond in all aspects, from making sure the AV part is good to go ensuring everyone is all set but also with their amazing hospitality in helping out other vendors when needed! We cannot recommend them enough to be a part of your vendor team! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!

Sahil and Mannar made our wedding reception so special. They had three different setups around our venue and moved as the party moved to other parts of the venue - they were instrumental in guiding the flow and vibe of the party. They played amazing jams and read the room super well. They were easy to communicate with before the event, and very flexible during the event as well. He is very receptive to client suggestions and is very responsive as well. He made both the evenings so fun and festive, and all our guests enjoyes tremendously. I don't have enough words to say why you should hire Sugar Events but I'll do my best. Sahil and Riddhi have such a professional team and business and they go out of their way to make sure you have the event of your dreams. They are extremely organized and keep you on track for what needs to happen. They are also incredibly kind and caring people who want your event to be the best event possible. Sugar has done coordination and DJ services for both weddings in my family. They were so good and so thoughtful that even my parents adore Sahil and Riddhi like their own children. As Desi people, having vendors who parents love is a huge accomplishment so kudos to them. In addition to Sahil and Riddhi, they have a full service team who somehow manage to be everywhere all at once. They are all dedicated to excellent work and it shows. We had guests tell us after our wedding that our coordination team was incredible! As for the music - you can't do better than Sahil. We told him we love 90s/2000s Bollywood and he DELIVERED. He played a mix before our Sangeet officially started that is literally the best mix I've ever hear! He also emceed our reception and did a great job. Seriously, hire Sugar. You won't regret it.

I was new to Indiana and I have no clue how I would be able to get the best DJ for me wedding. While I was trying to reach many DJs from my contacts I happen to connect with DJ JT and just in first conversation I decided that he is the RIGHT DJ for my reception party ! We had a blast with JT and his staff. He is extremely detail oriented and took so much time to coordinate with us, our planners and any other vendors. He helped us with the music and lighting for all our pre wedding events including coordinating with live singers for our cocktail hour and for car rental service. My wife and I come from different backgrounds (I am Sikh Punjabi and she is Hindu Gujarati). We had about 5 separate events that he covered and JT effortlessly handled both cultures whether it was a separate event and joint event. Him and his staff were very kind to our family and friends and made sure to involve/please them during the events. And the music was EXCELLENT. Whether it was the jaggo, sangeet, baraat or reception, all we had to do was tell JT what we wanted our “vibes” to be for that event and he just ran with it. Our friends and family told us they loved the music. We highly recommend him for any event especially wedding related. We had Sahil and his team for our Wedding and that was one of the best decisions that we ever made. To start things of, Sahil was always available and responsive on call and chat months in advance prior to the event. They even planned minutes by minute detailed plan of the event to an extent we couldn’t even imagine. DJ Magic Mike did our wedding and welcome gathering the prior night and he was wonderful. Visitors were coming up to me a short time later to say that he made our gathering an impact. He has a spectacular tune gathering and is superb at perusing a group - he had everyone moving for a considerable length of time both evenings. He was additionally a deft emcee and host when required - notwithstanding giving an impeccable move in the father little girl move between me hitting the dance floor with my father and me hitting the dance floor with my stepdad. I was content with the lighting, the tunes, the introductions ... I wouldn't modify anything!

We hired Dj JT through a referral of a friend who had hired him for an event. Right from the beginning, very knowledgeable and punctual with all the information you provided us, we hired him for my daughters graduation. He created a package which fit our budget and needs in terms of what was needed for the event. He did not try to sell us anything that we were not comfortable with a very honest and passionate in his work. You can see that when he is DJing live in the way he interacts with the crowd was amazing person on feet on the dance floor moving all night. Dj Magic Mike is a genuine expert. Not just did he and his group overcome the tricky streets of New York to drive to Florida for our gathering. They did it all with a grin on their countenances. Mike is a prepared DJ with the most recent music and a style for perusing a group. He made them move the night away. Presently, one month after our gathering, we have companions asking us, Where did you find that DJ?
