For a first time home buyer, its easy to get overwhelmed once you start the process of getting the dream home. You do need a professional and honest realtor to help you through the process. Mr Shanavas is very easy to work with, he is knowledgeable about the area and the common mistakes that one need to be careful about etc. He is a family man, and has been in this business for the past 10+ yrs.

We were able to shortlist a place fairly quickly and Shan skilfully advised on the negotiations to lower the price and helped in each subsequent of the buying process until we locked into a home and the related paperwork of getting a home inspection done, getting a title agent and securing financing.
