Okay, so I've never actually been to California, but I do know Prachi Auntie and she is AMAZING! She teaches at our Kathak school in Nashville, TN during the summers and I can honestly say she is incredible. She's such a knowledgeable and brilliant woman and she is such an exquisite dancer, but I love her character. She is so humble and kind and extremely loving and patient. She's a wonderful woman and teacher and if you are ever in a position to learn from her, please do so, because she rocks!
Amazing group of artist who have been very kind and welcoming. Just a beginner for now, but the energy of all of the fellow students and dancers is simply electric! The deeper understanding of Kathak and its roots is not only honored in the teachings, but also becomes innovative through choreography. Simply be open to the experience, and you will walk away spiritually elevated! The music and sounds of ghungrus really give you a straight connect to the soul!
