Thorough Honest & Humble Agent , who really cared about my need , and made buying a “stress free” experience. More importantly with his calm demeanor, he knew pitfalls of bidding wars, and navigated like my GPS , and in doing it he negotiated not only deal in a smooth fashion, but we really negotiated it down , and that too in prime area. I can't speak highly enough of Sachin! He has been absolutely wonderful! Even though we were existing homeowners, we had purchased our first home as a brand-new construction which was also a long time back. Needless to say that we had little idea where the current market was or where to even begin. During this time, we were introduced to Sachin by a close friend. Since our first interaction, he was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done!
