There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! Do you think of your realtor everyday?! I do! Srini has been our family friend for a while now. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! Srini then helped us through the whole process of evaluating the numbers, making the right quote, presenting to the seller plus going back and forth with the right terms on the actual day of the offer. He continued his help till the last day of the process even with a now-seemingly-trivial-but-then-very-important task of getting the home thoroughly cleaned before we entered it. And it didn’t end there! We weren’t so sure about selling our older home right away. He gave us time and perspective about the gamut of options we had for selling the home. Then when we decided to sell our previous place in a few weeks, Srini took time for us right away and helped us strike a great deal without even listing it and ensured a good price for the home. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. It has been a very pleasant experience in working with Srini Goli, a truly professional gentlemen who cares for his customers and in general have a love for people. I was looking for a rental property investment and approached Srini in that regard to help guide me through the process. Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target. Srini has been extremely helpful in educating me on all the above factors and never hesitated or have been impatient while showing me various properties. We might have gone over at least 20 properties before finally deciding on my rental property that I have purchased. We bought our first house through Srini Goli and couldn't be more satisfied with the way he helped us throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, the home-buying process seemed a bit overwhelming, but thanks to Mohan Chalagalla at Realty Experts, it went much smoother than we had anticipated. The amount of time and effort he put into walking us through the whole process was impressive. I have known Mohan for 3+ years now and when we were planning to buy our second home, we reached out to him to get some advice around Bay area real estate trends. Even though the interest rates were high compared to prior years, Mohan suggested that we start our home buying process without further delay. Mohan is hands on and extremely detailed and he did not waste any time to prepare a list of properties that we could look at based on our criteria and created a schedule along with getting appointments for home tours. He also recommended pre-approval and referred us to lenders he had worked with and trusted. Mohan went with us to every home we shortlisted and took detailed notes on pros and cons of each home. He also sent us the disclosures of each home and went through the documents answering all our questions in a detailed manner. Mohan is calm, patient, soft spoken and has an awesome attitude. He is also extremely diligent, knowledgeable and super responsive. He takes extra effort to make you comfortable and always answers his phone and emails promptly. He does a lot of pre-work and research behind the scenes and makes it easy on us. His recommendations are always spot on and give a detailed overview of the area, schools and other factors that we may not be completely aware of. When we identified a home that we wanted to put an offer on, Mohan went above and beyond to get all the inspection reports from the seller's agent, highlighted important areas that needed our attention and pushed for us to get the inspections done on our side so we were satisfied. He also did a lot of research on the comps and recommended an offer price that we were not only comfortable with but also competitive. He put together a winning offer packet. Needless to say, our offer was accepted and from this point on he shifted his focus on the tasks to close smoothly and successfully. Mohan consistently connected with the lender, escrow and the seller's agent to make sure we were always on time. If anything was amiss then Mohan was there to spot that and get them resolved even if it was not something he was accountable for. He was also instrumental in negotiating the list price and bringing it down after we identified a couple of fixes that we had to do in the house. This is my 3rd home deal with Moe and Christie and 1st class service 100% of the time. Where do i even start. I highly recommend Moe to the fullest!!!! I was with a previous realtor for 8 months. & then i called Moe to help me out maybe it's something I'm not doing right. & when i tell you it matters who you work with it really does. He got me my dream home in like a month of working with him. Moe made it happen and was so transparent with me throughout the whole process.
