He was very patient with me when I saw several homes but did not want to put in an offer due to one reason or another. Finally I settled on a home and a price and did not want to change my budget. Harish effectively negotiated with the seller agent and got me the home !!!! He is very courteous, punctual, responsive and absolutely knows the process very well.
