Best is the only word comes to my mind when I think of Aravind who helped me get my house in these crazy times. He was very patient in so many showings for almost more than a year learn from my rejections to improve the shortlisting and next showings. He is knowledgeable answering all the queries I had on the spot without having to go back and answer them later. Very friendly to discuss anything from finances to related queries on houses. He was on a family vacation when we had to put an offer for a house we liked but he did it remotely with all the same dedication working everything over the phone. As a first time home buyer I don't have any knowledge on what kind of houses (2/3 car and number of beds and baths) to start look for. At that time we came to know about Aravind from one of my friend. I talked to him first time over the phone and he went through all the basic details that a home buyer has to look for about 30-40 mins. After that we met him in person and he showed us around 20 houses in 3 to 4 months time. He was very patient and answered all our questions even after hours and late nights. He always explained the advantages and disadvantages of each house which helped us to decide to buy the specific house or not. After 4 months finally we liked one house and Aravind helped us to close the house within very short period of time. Even after the closing he was in contact with us to check whether everything is in place and helped me to find contractors for re-modeling the house immediately after the closing.
