We worked with DJ Devasi for our sangeet, and he exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, he kept the energy high and the dance floor packed. The music selection was perfect, blending Bollywood classics, modern hits, and regional tunes that catered to all ages and tastes. His professionalism was top-notch—arriving early, setting up smoothly, and handling song requests with ease. He kept the event flowing and making seamless transitions between songs and performances. After taking feedback on the kind of background music we want at the event, he created a perfect playlist. He also accommodated some last minutes sangeet performance songs to be played at the sangeet. Overall, DJ Devasi made our sangeet unforgettable.

Dev helped us in the DCE, DiT, DTU annual alumni reunion event. He was very disciplined and professional. He made sure he was prepared very well and ensured all details before the event. Me and my now wife got married in bay area around first week of March. Me being a Mumbai mulga and my wife being Delhi kudi were concerned if the DJ we hire would feel our energy. Then we found Dj Simba through Sukekha. Both Dj Simba and his partner Sonie were very engaging and considerate to understand our venue, event flow, our expectations and us as individuals. We probably provided them the shortest window possible, but they were very quick/agile, yet very efficient in finalizing tracks to play. They also collected some of our pictures and made a beautiful small video they ran on loop on the screen they brought during the ceremony and reception. We also asked them to play their own tracks as they feel right depending on the audience mood, and they exceeded our expectations. From the price point, things they provided, time they invested, energy they pumped in the people, we got more than we could ever expect. Thank you Dj Simba, Sonie and your whole team for making our wedding a very memorable, magical experience.

We loved working with Fusion Sounds! They did the MC, music, equipment, lights and sound for our 250 person fusion Indian American wedding. They handled everything for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The team was awesome, professional, timely, and most importantly: played great music. I think if you’re looking for a DJ and you’re or South Asian Descent, than your search is over. I’ve attended many weddings and receptions and I’ve got to say they went above and beyond expectations. My wife actually found them before our wedding because she attended a different wedding and said they were real good. I’m always suspicious when she recommends something, but honestly we had an amazing experience. I think they really like to innovate and understand how to throw a party and keep the guests entertained.

DJ Dev made this a wonderful event for us: appropriate level of pre planning, professional set up and preparedness before the event and a great adaptability on the final program, based on that day’s audience and need. We had a mix of Indian and American guests- both young and old. So, it was a challenging job to keep everyone entertained and satisfied. Kudos to him on achieving the fine balancing act. DJ-Simba recently played at my husband’s 50th birthday party. It was a beautiful restaurant in Tiburon, CA with city views, and 70’s/disco themed party. DJ Simba rocked the party, and kept everyone entertained and on dance floor for 6 hrs! Everyone in my party raved about how cool the music was and had fun dancing the night away! He has an exhaustive collection of music tracks. Their equipment is top-notch and Devshi is meticulous in his preparation....arriving earlier than the event, ensuring all equipment & music is setup well before the party starts. Devshi & Ashmita had our guests singing who had never sung before, and guests dancing who had not danced in decades. Everyone had a blast.
