I was referred to Himmat by a friend and coworker who who bought a few homes through Himmat. Himmat first understood about our family, our needs and wants from the house and also the kind of schools, neighborhood that we were looking for. He suggested a few homes and we suggested a few. We shortlisted the homes to visit for the week, visited a house in Fremont and we placed an offer right away. When the price on that house got higher than what would be a good value for the home he stopped us from going higher and rightly so. He is a master negotiator, astute inspector of the property, thorough and meticulous in his research of the properties.
