Rated 5.0 I've been going to Diwakar taxes several years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.These folks are great. I find them as one of the best tax service in the Bay Area! Diwakar and Amit are both consummate professionals who truly go above and beyond to provide amazing service with a personal touch. They are also friendly and super affordable! It has been well worth the reasonable filing fees for the level of service and greater refunds I have received They had no problem answering and providing additional insight regarding all of my individual taxes with somewhat complicated and varied income sources. I look forward to continuing and expanding our professional relationship for years to come. I have referred many friends and family, they all are just as happy with their services. Professional, yet has a way to make you feel like you are visiting and old friend.Highly recommend!!

Rated 5.0 Had the worst experience of filing taxes with Diwakar taxes. Spoke to two people Shikha and her manager Amit. Have been working with them since a month and they said that someone will call me after the analysis is done , but I waited and no one called me. I called again and now they wanted me to pay half of the money in advance which I was okay with it. I ask them to work on my taxes now and that's when Shikha comes on the call and tells me that I should work with someone else now as they have a lot of other work as well. I ask to speak to a manager who is then Amit. He tells me that he understands that she should not have said that. After that he agrees that this is not acceptable customer service but does not offer anything to make up for it. When I ask he said that I should find someone else. So now after working with them for almost a month I have to find someone else to work with. Such a waste of time and my recommendation is to stay away.

Rated 5.0 Diwakar Taxes is a perfect place to get your taxes done. Highly professional, highly knowledgeable really patient and still very reasonable. This was my first year with them. My taxes were bit complicated. I had lots of investment in India and quite a bit from USA. So I filed the extension and approached them. My consultant was Shikha. She knew exactly what I am talking about, provided me the list of documents I need to provide and within 1&1/2 hour my taxes are done. She reviewed and explained my tax returns in detail. I had lots of questions she answered all them with smile on her face. Definitely definitely definitely I will come to them for next year and rest of my life in USA.

Rated 5.0 Excellent service. Have been to Diwakar Taxes past 3 years and everytime they have very meticulous to filing tax details and explaining each/every thing asked. Overall staff is quite friendly and responsive which is very much needed in critical things especially taxation is concerned. This year, I dealt with Amit, for taxation, gift tax and ITIN requests since Diwakar Taxes is an authorized agent to file ITIN forms now instead of going through month long appointment waits and hassles of IRS appointments. Amit, not only made the whole process quite smooth but also followed up even at odd hours for my work to get taxes getting filed in time. Additional knowledge about India tax system comes handy. Overall Great job, thanks!

Rated 5.0 Excellent service and extremely professional approach. Great value for your buck! I have been consulting Diwakar Taxes since 2014 for my US taxes. They are also expert in India taxation laws and always suggest ways to declare global income during US taxation to avoid any future issues. Rather than following shortcuts, they go through individual's case and follow thorough process to ensure taxes are done as per law and also maximize tax refunds. Specifically, Amit is an excellent consultant. There have been cases when I received response to my emails during odd business hours (4am PST to be specific). This shows their dedication and flexibility to work with their clients. I highly recommend Diwakar Taxes to anyone who is looking for reliable tax consultant.
