We live in MN and recently used Varsha's help in buying a home in Orlando. Varsha was extremely helpful, thorough, courteous and prompt. She took pains to understand our requirements, sent us several helpful suggestions and also kept us on top of all the paperwork etc needed. Varsha Patel is the best real estate agent, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was originally referred to Varsha, by a co-worker because, a previous Realtor had advised me to stop looking for a home because, I didn't have enough funds to purchase a home. As soon as my co-worker, heard this story she told me, “Here is Varsha's businesses card, call her!” Varsha had recently helped my co-workers parents find the home of their dreams! And that is all, I needed to hear! I immediately called Varsha and within 4 months, she located a new house being built in a new subdivision and my family and I are currently in the process of moving into our new home! During the entire process Varsha was available to me every step of the way, 7 days a week she was answering and resolving all questions and concerns that would sometimes, come up unexpectedly. Varsha went above and beyond, in everything she did for me. Varsha continuously sent me notifications/possible prospects of homes on the market that was within my price range and meeting my personal requirements/specific criteria. Varsha would accompany me to all the homes we looked at and we looked at a lot! She would ask questions about the homes, that I never thought about inquiring about, to the sellers. The first time we viewed a home together, I knew that I would never want to view another, without her! Her knowledge base, quick thinking and mathematical assessments is phenomenal! And this is what is needed in a Realtor at all times! Varsha has a personality that relates to all types of personalities and her professionalism and keen understanding of the business shines brightly when she deals with various people, such as Loan officers, Banks, Sales associates, sellers, fellow buyers and builders...the entire gamut of the industry. Varsha is cognizant about the entire process of buying and selling homes including locking the best rates, recognizing the better deals and home related tax laws, EVERYTHING!!! She is also a barracuda when it comes to having out bid, out wit and out do competitive bidders and this is a must when searching for the home you desire! Varsha's work ethics can be described in one word, “Exceptional!” During the entire process, she made me feel, like I was the only person she was helping. Varsha is organized and on top of everything she does and this is why, I believe my experience was seamless. I would recommend Varsha Patel to everyone who is looking for a new home. Let me start by saying, Varsha Patel is truly the best in the business. She helped us in buying a property in Orlando, FL and the way she went about it is really worth appreciating. Since, we live outside the state of Florida, Varsha was very prompt in sending us a list of properties for sale and when we found some of them interesting, she used to visit the place personally on our behalf, make videos of the property, do all the homework about the property, send it to us and answer all of our questions. She made it so very easy for us and also a great adviser and counsellor. She always answers phone calls and text messages and is very prompt in returning calls too. Varsha defines the patience and tenacity required for a realtor in this market. We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us. She was very helpful with guiding us about different neighborhoods to choose from in all of Central Florida and then started to attend every meeting with us (no matter how late we let her know) once we started to finalize the location. While getting under contract, throughout the construction process and all of closing and post closing, every single doubt, every pesky question from us was answered without hesitation and every concern was resolved without conflict. And speaking of conflict, we did get into one with our builders pertaining to closing date and she was there everystep of the way fighting for us, pulling strings and making sure our interests are protected. She helped understand every bit of paperwork that was being signed and also prepared us for other paper work that will come in mail. She is also very helpful with final inspections (blue tape walk) for new builds and had great recommendations for 3rd party Inspectors, insurance agents, external lenders, etc. TLDR: For you modern family fans, she can outdo your Phil Dunphy standards. After all she is not just a real estate agent, she is a Realtor.
