This is a long due review. Trying to sell an house, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Sachin, who helped us navigate through the entire process in selling our house, from getting the repairs and remodeling done with the contractors to holding multiple open houses to maximize the exposure and getting offers. Sachin was very understanding of our needs, and explained dynamics of the market from both buyers and seller’s point of view. Throughout the process he was very professional and attentive. He came with us to visit various houses, and explained in detail all the things to look for and match our needs. I can't speak highly enough of Sachin! He has been absolutely wonderful! Even though we were existing homeowners, we had purchased our first home as a brand-new construction which was also a long time back. Needless to say that we had little idea where the current market was or where to even begin. During this time, we were introduced to Sachin by a close friend. Since our first interaction, he was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there to answer our text messages, emails, and endless questions. He worked just as hard as we did to find us the perfect house and when we were outbid on our first home offer, He was there to pick us back up and help us find our perfect home! I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. He was also very very ready with any paper work that was needed and always keeps his communication upto date with all the parties involved be it mortgage office, escrow company, other agents or his team members for finishing the paperwork in record time.He has a very good network and can provide great reference for loans, improvements etc. He definitely made the whole process very easy for us. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! He helped us find handyman, cleaning lady, etc. And we STILL CALL JEET for anything! He always prioritized our preferences and never pushed us on something that we weren’t fully comfortable with.
