We were about weeks into a home purchase, working with a national mortgage company that had pre-approved us on a specific set of terms. As the deadline approached, it became clear they weren't going to deliver — our contingencies were about to expire, and we were on the verge of losing either our deposit or the property. Neither of which were acceptable to us. A friend recommended we try Sanjeev Verma as our mortgage broker. This not normal that late into a purchase cycle and at that point I'd basically given up hope. Sanjeev got on the phone and asked for the documentation we'd already compiled, reviewed it, and within 24 hours came back with a high-confidence commitment to do the loan on the exact terms we'd originally agreed to. Even our realtor thought there was no way we'd close in the eight days we had left , and was asking us to reconsider. I am glad we didn't. Sanjeev made it happen. He worked nights and weekends with us on every document the loan required. This wasn't a simple file — it was a complicated non-QM loan with non-standard documentation. He pulled off in eight days what a major national lender couldn't deliver or would have done on terms so bad that we would have gone underwater financially. I highly recommend Sanjeev. If you're in a tight spot on a mortgage loan, he's exactly who you want in your corner. As someone told me - if Sanjeev can't do it, no one else can.

This review is wayyyyy... overdue . So thought I would add my review now- Better late than never ! Harish truly deserves an outstanding review, he represented me when I purchased my home last year. He was very patient with me when I saw several homes but did not want to put in an offer due to one reason or another. Finally I settled on a home and a price and did not want to change my budget. Harish effectively negotiated with the seller agent and got me the home !!!! He is very courteous, punctual, responsive and absolutely knows the process very well. I was extremely busy with my work however he was there personally overseeing every single aspect of the purchasing process be it an appraisal, home inspection, getting quotes for issues found in the home inspection, even driving to my home to pick up a check !!!! I cannot thank him enough for his help and can absolutely recommend as a 'Go To' agent if you are in the market either to buy or sell your property.
