He has represented clients in complex patent infringement litigation involving a variety of technologies and industries in forums across the United States, including in federal district court, post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. He also has wide-ranging experience representing clients in technology licensing disputes and data privacy and cybersecurity litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Narayen served as a judicial clerk to Judge Rubén Castillo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also previously worked in the Tampa offices of two AmLaw top 20 firms. He graduated cum laude from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois.
