Ratings & Reviews for Kuchipudi Dance Classes
My daughter has been learning Bharathanatyam from Chitrakaavya dance Utah for several years now. It has been a truly transformative experience under the guidance of the esteemed Shri Srilatha Singh. Her unwavering dedication, expertise, and passion for dance have created a nurturing environment that allows students to flourish. Her unique ability to balance technique, creativity, and self-expression is helping my child grow not only as a dancer but also as an individual. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to help my child learn from someone so exceptional. I cannot recommend Chitrakaavya Dance highly enough - it is a truly special place where dance becomes a journey of self-discovery and artistic expression.
Srilatha Singh is an UNIQUE, ONE OF A KIND dancer, choreographer & influencer in the Salt Lake Valley. Her passion towards dance is matchless and her sacrifices don’t go unnoticed. So relieved that she is our teacher and indebted to her by all means. STRONGLY RECOMMEND
Srilatha is an excellent teacher. Her passion towards dance shows in her students performances. One of the best dance teacher in the valley.
Our daughter has been learning bharatanatyam from Guru Dr. Jyothsna Sainath for over two years now. My daughter loves to learn from her. Guru Jyothsna is a renowned and experienced bharatanatyam artist and an excellent teacher. She has developed a student-centered curriculum for her classes and is very committed to teaching. Her classes are well structured and she is a very, very patient teacher. She focuses on strength training and works with every individual student on their form and technique. She provides constant feedback that helps our daughter improve. She definitely knows how to teach children. I would highly recommend learning from Guru Jyothsna.
Hands down, one of the best dance schools in the Salt Lake Valley (and in the United states). Students receive strong foundational training in different aspects of bharatanatyam. The best part of NNDC is the cross cultural collaborations and various opportunities to interact with and learn from renowned artists within and outside the Salt Lake City. Classes are customized to the level of individual trainee. Even in the group classes, every student gets individual attention and training. Jyothsna is a very dedicated (and sometimes strict) teacher. She certainly polishes each student and makes them shine. Very fortunate to have NNDC- it is truly an oasis for artists in the Utah desert.
