I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

But Mahendra is very patient , extremely knowledgable and always gave us the right advise mentioning all the pros and cons of the property. He always done a very detailed analysis before proposing anything to us. His positive attitude and smiling face keeps us going in this crazy seller's market. He only introduced us the idea of expiring offers which worked in our favor to close the deal at a great price. He is readily available no matter its a weekend or late night. . He had put 4-5 offers within a day for us in this crazy market without a single frown. We have not seen such a patient guy in my life. Mahender’ s primary focus is to get his client their Dream Home within their Price range, School District and Location / Neighborhood. We highly recommend him. I can’t think of anybody except Mahender If anybody ask me for an Agent or If I buy another home. Mahender got me house for $40k less than market value with his excellent skills. He is NOT a kind of an Agent who works for an Agent commission and try to put an offer with high price in hurry and make client buy home in few days. Rather, he is a kind of an Agent who make us feel like he is one of our family member who thinks as buying home for himself / his family with our requirements and puts his 120% effort to get us dream home. Here is our journey with Mahender. My wife and I decided to buy home in the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers (bought in July 2017). He spent good amount of time with us to educate us about housing market, such as which month is right time and what offer can get us house, based on house should we put an offer less than list price or more than list price, etc. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and in every step he suggested best economic way to complete it. He has suggested few Mortgage companies and also explained the process of getting lower interest rate. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mahender made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Mahender gave us an excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at.
