Joe and his team got connected with us when we were considering a move to the triangle area and were scouting for places. I recently sold my home in Cary and one of my friends referred me to Joe and I'm GLAD I made that call to Joe. During this troubled covid times, he mobilized the crew to make the home ready for sale like replacing the carpet, landscaping, paint touchups, power wash and get the house cleaned - at a very reasonable price. He took care of everything and the only thing I did was write the check. Joe is market savvy and because of him the whole home selling process became cake walk for me. We started looking for homes to buy and our friend highly recommended Joe. Right from the very beginning, Joe was there with us, in evaluating several aspects involved in finalizing the lot, advising must-haves and nice-to-haves, and negotiating deal with the builder.
