Ginny Walia is an aggressive, intelligent and very knowledgeable attorney. I was in a difficult spot and had already worked with one other attorney who I felt like wasn't giving enough attention to my case. When I hired Ginny for my case, she took the time to care about my situation, listen to me and responded to all the emails and phone calls. She fought really hard for my case and thanks to her, my serious felony charges were converted to one simple misdemeanor which the other attorney told me was not possible. Since I am not a US Citizen, she made sure that the misdemeanor charge did not have immigration consequences. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and most importantly the result she delivered.
