We value education and make it our goal to excel above the rest. We are a full service Salon open seven days a week and work with all types and textures of hair. Rated 1.0 I visited Jannas day spa 6/6/20 to receive full service, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. My pedicure was rushed and the polish was placed very sloppy on my toes. I had to request for her to clean the polish. The manicure was better however I wouldn’t recommend. The eyebrow waxing was the worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. Im currently trying to heal from BURN WORNS ON MY FACE UNDERNEATH MY EYEBROWS!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON FOR ANY SERVICE!!!!!!!! I went back to the owner after texting pictures showing the burns. I was informed she would refund the $15 for service. I have received better service and experience at a better cost.

Rated 5.0 I'm always satisfied with the customer service when I come to Janna's Salon & Spa. I've had a massage, a pedicure and my hair done at different times. I always enjoy the atmosphere in the salon. It's very boutiqueish and usually there is light music playing in the background. I get quick and excellent service. Every one is always friendly.
