Where do I begin? My husband an I met Lemme at an open house back in January. My husband and I were just looking for our first home and stumbled upon the most amazing human/ realtor. I just want to again say thank you for as I would say during one of the worst periods of my life. As you know my home had been on the market for well over 50 days, and nothing was happening. I remember speaking to a relative about my situation and she immediately spoke about you. At our first introduction I will admit I was a bit nervous and concerned, but once the ball started rolling you my dear were a force to be reckoned with. Took my house off the market for one day, you started doing things where I was like this is going way too fast! Fast forward to you putting my house back on the market and in 3 days while I was at dinner and you call and said “we have a contract on the house.” I started to cry?? I was in disbelief!! You did it!!! All I will end with is you are the best of best and people would be a foolish to ever doubt your ability to do your job. I wish I had met you prior to those 50 days before?? I’ll always say “the best realtor “ in the state of Florida. Thank you, again and again!!!
