so this took me longer than i had hoped but, I am finally here to tell you all just how awesome Dhiraj and his entire team is! So i was first introduced to Dhiraj and DKG through my reception venue. He was highly recommended and we decided to look into his packages and start talking about the different expectations, visions and hopes we had. Dhiraj was soo accommodating! I remember the first time i called him it was around 10pm cause crazy work schedules and he didnt rush me at all and even waited while i conferenced my mom in a 3way call. He wrote everything up and sent the quote and then was patient enough to let us think about and compare. Let me just tell you, he is worth every cent that he charges and you reallyyyy get what you pay for. Dhiraj covered my pre-wedding shoot, my bridal party shoot, and my mehendi, sangeet, haldi, shaadi and reception and he also covered my husbands jago and maiyan. It was amazing working with him even though he had to instruct me several times on how to pose and he really got all the million dollar shots! Not once did i have to ask him to cover anything, and in fact he ended up taking so many candid shots that i didnt even think of. During the whole process i think i randomly texted him at all odd hours and he was always so responsive. Picking DKG was the best choice we ever made. You cannot go wrong with DKG and they truly are the best. My hubs and i have already decided that we will always pick DKG for any of photo/video needs and we look forward to having DKG capture all our future moments too. One of the best decisions we made was having the Rajfoto team perform our wedding photography and videography!!! The team was super responsive to go over our needs and vision, communication with Akash was a breeze, clear cut on our needs, and what services were offered. Thier enthusiasm made us feel excited as we went through the wedding planning process. Throughout the entire wedding day we truly felt so special and taken care of every single moment was recorded with an intent to capture the best of everything, we truly appreciated the direction, the attention to detail, and commitment! We felt so at ease. The day flew by so quickly and everything felt like a blur once it was over, we were so blown away by the quick turnaround of all of the photos and we got to enjoy so many moments without rush during and after our honeymoon along with our loved ones. The videography was also curated beautifully, we are so happy we can share this for many years to come. Last but not least receiving the photo album… ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, timeless, and all of the photos were organized so thoughtfully and creatively with a mixture of black and whites and very clear photos as if you were there in person. We knew they did great things but we did not expected to be blown away by every aspect from the service to the amazing delivery. He was the perfect kind of calm energy we needed during an otherwise chaotic wedding morning. We received all of our photos in under a month, and we cannot stop looking at them—Akash did a spectacular job capturing all the key moments and creative angles. Additionally, amidst the astronomically high costs of wedding vendors in NJ, we found Akash’s pricing to be extremely reasonable, especially given his level of efficiency and professionalism. I ve seen and spoke to many photographers in other weddings and also searching for my own but sameer and ajay were probably the sweetest, patient, caring and the most humble people to work with. Starting with my My engagment shoot, it was about 30 degrees by the water side Sameer was out there without any gloves, hands red and frozen but yet still with a smile on his face, ready to take any suggestions, trying so hard to take perfect pictures . the pictures came out breath taking. Literally everything i asked for. His whole group had nothing but smiles on there faces through both of my events. i cant even think about how many people asked about there services and complimented them. and now for future events i will only go to them. they are worth every penny for sure.

My husband and I chose Raj Photo/Video for our Nikkah ceremony and wedding reception in September of 2021. My family has many events, and this was the first time that I felt complete security that the team I hired would take note of all our requests, however big or small, and have a true interest in capturing our most special moments. Sameer, Ajay, and Nick made themselves available to discuss with me the timeline of each day, went over poses/photos that we wanted to shoot. The communication was seamless, and I honestly could not have been happier to just focus on getting married and having fun. This was all reflected in the final product. A true thing of magic! Our family adores our photos and especially our wedding highlight/video. The emotions and love captured hits right every single time we watch it! It was important to us that we had a team that understood our culture and religion as well -- without going into too much detail, they knew exactly what moments needed to be captured at all the perfect angles. We never worried that they were based in NJ, and we were having our wedding out in Suffolk County at my home. They came early and did not miss a beat. I truly forgot they were located out of state. Saumya is outstanding. As a special gift for a dear friend, I had Saumya photograph the surprise party for her husband’s birthday.
