The most arrogant and not trust worthy group… has no shame to keep lying.Verbally they say everything ok, but does differently. Till you agree to process the loan, they are very nice. After you agree to proceed they try to make the matters complicated and show it’s a very difficult task by asking unnecessary documents.They attempt to slip in thousands of dollars, even for services required.Their inability to process proper loan has caused major financial loss especially the first time home buyer’s rebate program.Hesitation to give estimated (DRAFT) disclosure statement prior to closing is the reason to slip in additional charges to the client.Act as if knows everything, and great in fabricating up all rules related to mortgage and closing, may be a trick to trap customers.Summary, not a trust worthy dependable one! Don’t do what they say!! Mountain of fabricated Errors!!

I want to give 4.5 rating. Aug 14 2024 closing was done this is my 3rd loan with VAMA mortgage. Each time had different experiences. Working with PT Johnson or Sebastian is great. Communication or timely closing process was smooth. Reason I didn't give 0.5 rating because the underwriter team is kind of PAINFUL work with them on this 3rd loan. To many paperwork to prove you have good credit and/or you are able to pay your loan. I wish they less cross verify and flexible or replace with new team I had loans with other lenders and credit union they won't cross examine too many things that not needed.
